SlimTimer stores account details, password hashes, task and time entries, and the agent usage metadata you choose to submit. Agent submissions should not contain prompts, transcripts, credentials or customer content.
We use this information to provide time tracking, reports, project links, account security, subscriptions and support. Inquiry forms store your name, email, company and message so we can respond.
Personal workspaces are private to their owner. Team managers can view information logged to their team, not separate personal workspaces. The service is hosted on Cloudflare. Stripe processes subscription payments and payment-method details; SlimTimer stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and subscription status, not full card numbers.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your selected workspace. Records remain available after a subscription ends; cancellation does not delete them. Contact us to request account or data deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal or billing obligations.
